March 2023 Board Meeting Minutes
The Cypress HOA Board of Directors Meeting for March 8, 2023.
President K. Schmode called the meeting to order at 1:30.
Board members B. Keith, D. Theobald were in attendance along with S. Graves ( Community Manager) and T. Miller ( Cypress Legal Counsel).
B. Keith made a motion to approve the agenda and the minutes from February 2023.
D. Theobald seconded the motion.
Presentation of Reports
Treasurer Report was presented by B. Keith
It was noted that currently delinquents accounts are brought to date.
Review of accounts for annual meeting were reviewed.
Management Report was presented by S. Graves
Poly Lift dock inspection was reviewed.
Review of storm damage to Dock B. It was noted the repair has already taken place.
Schindler review. Discussion will continue.
Gate. Weather pending delivery. Management will send an email out to all residents once it is installed.
Winter freeze timeline. All members were in agreement and this will be submitted to the Master Policy. A claim will be filed by management.

Annual meeting review. HOA Annual meeting will be held April 29, 2023 at 9:00. O’Connor insurance will be in attendance to review the master policy. It was noted that D. Theobalds term will be ending. Doug has elected to run again.
K. Schmode did adjourn the meeting at 3:15.
The next meeting is set for April 12th at 1:30.
