Dock and Pool Info

Pest control is sprayed the fourth Tuesday of the month (weather permitting). Please keep this in mind when scheduling your boat detail. Typically, the first and last of the month. Any power washing of the dock by the staff will be done around this time.

If you note an issue with a residents slip you can find their contact info on the website. Slips are listed on the directory for this purpose.

** Please note a Dock Amendment change as of May 2022. Any alterations to the docks including but not limited to dock, lift boxes, paddles board hanger etc. must be approved by the Board. Please submit to Management.

Also, a change in pool area regulations:

Pets, Barbecue Grills. Pets, grills are not permitted in the pool area. The word cooler was removed.

Weather permitting the Cypress pool opens the first week of May and the heat will be turned on for Memorial Day weekend. This timing will apply every year moving forward.
