January 2023 Board Meeting Minutes

The Cypress HOA Board of Directors meeting for January 13, 2023.

President K. Schmode called the meeting to order at 1:00.

Board members B. Keith and D. Theobald were in attendance along with S. Graves (Community Manager).

B. Keith made a motion to approve the agenda and the meeting minutes from November 30, 2022. D. Theobald seconded the motion.

Presentation of Reports

Treasurer Report was presented by B. Keith

-Reserve accounts reviewed.

-Delinquent accounts reviewed.

- It was noted the 2022 property tax has been paid

Management Report was presented by S. Graves

-Fire Suppression Review

-Poly Lift Inspection Review

-Gate Discussion

President K. Schmode did adjourn the meeting at 2:15.

The next meeting is set for February 8th at 1:30
