April 2023

Dear Cypress Owners,

I hope you enjoy your upcoming lake season. With Spring in full swing, I want to highlight a few items that are important to ensure The Cypress remains the premier residential community at the lake, both now and in the years to come.

Please help us in fostering a continued environment of shared kindness, courtesy, and respect by remembering the following:

-        Remember the new gate entry fob system is now being used. We will no longer be using a code.

-         The Cypress common areas are an extension of your unit that are shared by all residents. Please be sure that you and your guest treat the facilities and furnishings with the same care that you would have them take in your unit, including cleaning up and disposing trash in the receptacles after you’ve had a chance to enjoy the amenities. Remember we do have cleaning supplies available in the pool housing area. This is located under the sink and in the closet near the refrigerator.

-         Please remember you are only allowed three guests per bedroom, meaning a 3- bedroom unit may have a maximum of 9 guest, and that owners are responsible for their guest while they are on property. 4-bedroom unit maximum of 12 guests. *This is very important over the holiday weekends.

-         Parking. It is IMPORTANT to remember that reserved signs are for floors 7-10 and this is their property. Cypress will be using the cone system for all other residents to help ensure covered parking during the holiday weekends.* You will need to notify management prior to the holiday in order for your cone to be placed. The parking layout can be found on the website. It is important to remind your guest of the system before arrival. We do have guest parking outside of the building also along the drive in.

-          During the holiday weekends we do use a sign-up system for the following

Gym- sign-up sheet is located at the gym entrance

Grills, green eggs- sign-up sheet are located in the pool kitchen area to the right of the sink 2nd drawer.

*You do have to be on site to sign up. Remember when using the grills, we did add timers this season.

-         The pool is an area intended for all generations, so we ask that everyone respect the pool hours, keep all furniture out of the pool, and keep all glass away from the pool deck. POOL HOURS ARE 8:30-10:00 PM.

FIREPIT HOURS ARE EXTENDED TO 11:00 PM.  The remote is located to the right of the sink 2nd drawer in a black bag. Please make sure and return it when you are finished.

-         The Board ask that you remember when on your terrace and on the docks that you be considerate of others around you. NOISE DOES CARRY.

-         Please remember that all pets must remain on a leash unless in your residence or in the dedicated dog run. Pets are NOT permitted anywhere in the pool area. ** Please remember to always pick up after your pet.

We are blessed to have an incredible facility and a fantastic group of residents, and with your help, The Cypress will continue to be a place we can all enjoy for a very long time.

Kind Regards,

Cypress Community Manager
